We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within ten business days, unless we have already replied to you within that period. You will receive our reply no later than one month after receipt of the complaint. If, exceptionally, this is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons and of the expected date of our reply.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can refer your complaint to the management of Institutional Investment Partners S.à r.l. We will name the responsible contact person in our reply.
If you receive no reply or no satisfactory reply from the management within one month, you can file a request for out-of-court resolution of your complaint with the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority. The request must be filed within one year of submitting your complaint to us. The legal basis is CSSF Regulation No 16-07.
