Requests concerning your property manager
Your first point of contact for all questions concerning your flat or rental space is the property manager who manages the property on behalf of the fund. If you cannot reach them or are not satisfied with their service, you can contact us here.
How we proceed
We forward your request
- We forward your request, together with your details, to the responsible property manager. The property manager deals with it and gets back to you.
- For this purpose, please state the property and the property manager. Without this information, we cannot assign or forward your request.
- In emergencies, for example in the event of water damage or a heating failure, please contact your property manager or its emergency service directly.
